great value train station climate control ventilation system
i found great value so close to the train station. the kitchen facilities and tv downstairs were very useful.. adjoining the hotel was a bakery and a pizza restaurant, lovely for hot food and drinks.
unfortunately, there was no working climate control in the room. a ventilation system was there, but it seemed it didn't work.. i couldn't open the window because the street was very loud.

fantastic location communal kitchen shower amenities
i found the location to be fantastic.. it's really in the heart of things. the communal kitchen and lounge had a microwave, useful for heating up snacks. the hotel also provided shampoo and soap in the shower, a nice touch.
The traffic noise bothered me a bit. I had to keep my window open and , made it louder.

the common areas included a kitchen, always with hot water available for tea or coffee, and space for games. a television to watch.. an elevator made upper floors easily accessible.

the hotel is within walking distance of the opera house, the train station, and several restaurants, offering many choices for dining.. i also found a little bodega just around the corner.

excellent location automated check-in useful pantry
i found the location to be excellent, especially with its proximity to the main railway station. the automated check-in process worked efficiently, allowing me to access my room quickly after a late arrival. the common areas included vending machines and a pantry, useful for preparing my own meals .
the lack of temperature control in the room. this was a minor inconvenience, though the overall experience was satisfactory.

The self-service check-in was smooth and efficient. I didn't experience any delays. staff were responsive to requests and provided assistance quickly, though interactions were minimal due to the automated system. i appreciated the availability of luggage storage after check-out.

contactless check-in helpful staff faulty door traffic noise
Check-in was contactless and convenient. the staff was helpful with adjusting the heater. The room was a bit hot.
The bathroom door didn't fit properly, so it closed loudly against the door frame. the traffic noise was noticeable. I had to keep my window open since the air conditioning control didn't seem to work.
